I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Sameer Bajaj! I had to have my dental implant extracted! He and his team were thoughtful as they helped me navigate the surgery! They were attentive knowing I get very anxious with dental procedures! They explained everything in a clear & concise manor took care of me & most importantly made me feel very comfortable! The follow up which is key by the way!!!! Dr. Bajaj answered my call when I had a concern & he was kind enough to listen over the phone which made me feel even more comfortable! I would highly recommend Dr. Bajaj and his team at The Dental Speacialist Centre for your dental needs!! Thankyou so very much!!

We had a great experience with my daughter having her wisdom teeth removed. The staff is amazing and kind. From the ladies at the front to the assistants and the doctor- it’s all female and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. They go above and beyond answering all of our questions and offering support any comfort when needed. Would highly recommend them. Will be using them when my sons need their wisdom teeth removed.

Dr. Colbran is so incredibly kind and professional along with the rest of the team we encountered at WDW! Parking isn't an issue at all esp if you own a larger vehicle like I do as it's located within a huge free parking lot! Dr. Colbran even texted us later in the day to make sure my daughter was doing ok after her procedure or if she had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and the entire experience was top notch. They answered all our questions were kind and thoughtful with my daughter who was nervous. I felt they absolutely had a plan to achieve the best outcome for her. My daughter spoke so highly of them all there and how they helped her feel less anxious etc.

I have been terrified to go ro the dentist but when i got there i automatically felt better. The staff are very welcoming and also bery knowledgeable. I was put at ease by the dentists honest and caring demeanour. Everyone i saw was great . I even got a rush order to get my two front teeth for christmas in Hawaiii ! Thanks again

Caring concerned Knowledgable staff. From the moment we were referred it has been an all around great experience. Despite some complications the care after was second to none. Staff promptly answering the phone and after a lengthy phone consult coming into the clinic within 1 hour all on a long weekend Sunday. 6/5 stars

Dr Niklas Neilson

Orthodontist

Meet Dr. Niklas Neilson, a dedicated and experienced Orthodontist. Dr. Neilson graduated with Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. After practicing dentistry for a couple of years, Dr. Neilson went on to specialize in orthodontics at Western University and completed a masters in clinical orthodontics in 2019.

Dr. Neilson’s passion for oral health and creating beautiful smiles drives his commitment to excellence. He is committed to continuous learning, always seeking opportunities to refine his skills and stay at the forefront of advancements in orthodontics. His approach to patient care is highly personalized, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs and goals of every individual. Through his dedication, Dr. Neilson strives to provide the best possible outcomes, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

In his free time, Dr. Neilson enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and their five children. Dr. Neilson loves a good project whether it’s in the yard, around the house, or in the garage.
Dr Sameer Bajaj

Periodontist

Meet Dr. Sameer Bajaj, a dedicated and experienced periodontist (Certified Specialist in Periodontology). Dr. Bajaj graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2018. After graduation, he worked as a general dentist in Grande Prairie, Alberta, until August 2019.

Periodontics is one of the ten specialties recognized by the Canadian Dental Regulatory Authorities Federation. Among these specialties, there are only two surgical disciplines, with periodontics being one of them. Periodontists are often called the plastic surgeons of the mouth, proficient in both hard and soft tissue reconstruction of gums and bones.

Dr. Bajaj completed his Master of Medical Science—Periodontology, a three-year surgical residency program at the University of Alberta, in 2022. He is currently practicing as a periodontist in Calgary, where he utilizes his clinical expertise in treating periodontal diseases, performing periodontal plastic procedures, reconstructing hard and soft tissues, and surgically placing dental implants. He is passionate about dental photography and documents his cases to educate his referring dentists and patients.

Dr. Bajaj is a dual board-certified Periodontist (Canadian and American). He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

He is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, which enables him and his team to assist a diverse range of patients more effectively.

In his free time, Dr. Bajaj enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying physically fit through swimming and strength training.
Dr Lissandre Colbran

General Dentist

Meet Dr. Lissandre Colbran, a dedicated and experienced Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Colbran graduated with her DDS from the University of Michigan in 2018 and has been practicing dentistry ever since.

Passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Colbran stays committed to her continuous education in the aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry and Surgery. She has specialized training and offers IV sedation as well as other sedation options to her patients. She is passionate about offering advanced dental procedures and places emphasis on achieving patient comfort and confidence while doing so.

Dr. Colbran is fluent in English and is also able to communicate in French, allowing her to assist a diverse range of patients more effectively.

In her free time, Dr. Colbran enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, hiking and traveling the world.
Dr Adriana Hernandez

Endodontist

Meet Dr. Adriana Hernandez, a dedicated and experienced Certified Specialist in Endodontics. She earned her BDS from the University of Carabobo in 2005 and has been practicing dentistry ever since. After several years of successful practice as a general dentist, Dr. Hernandez pursued further expertise by specializing in Endodontics.

Along with her husband and three children, she later relocated to Canada, where she continued her dental education at the University of British Columbia and earned Canadian certification in her specialty.

Passionate about providing compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient-centered care, Dr. Hernandez ensures that every patient feels comfortable and confident in their treatment. Fluent in English and Spanish, she can effectively care for a diverse range of patients. In her free time, she enjoys learning to play the piano, drawing, and practicing yoga.
