Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.

We will begin by reviewing the medical and dental history provided by your referring dentist, along with any relevant notes or imaging. We’ll then conduct a comprehensive specialist examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, followed by any additional imaging or tests needed to complete our assessment.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and specialist examination, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This plan will be coordinated with your referring dentist to ensure seamless, long-term care. We’ll also review our recommendations with you and answer any questions about your oral health or treatment options.
Insurance & Financing
At Walden Dental Wellness, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance, and financing so you can focus on achieving optimal oral health.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
